Good question..

the intentions of the column is primary to show how long a blocking
request has been running, and second to show how long since the helper was
last used. With this definition it should show

    now - time_when_last_request_was_sent

for unused helpers this equation does not work out that well.. so there we
should show "unused", "none" or simething similar..

Now, another question is if this makes sense.. can produce somewhat
confusing numbers as it's effectively overloading two semantically
different values in the same column, and even more so on stateful helpers
due to them being reserved waiting for the client..
