Windows?

Hi all,
  in the past 10 days I've done a sprint on Windows. I've decided to
disregard portability and to cut corners, in order to try and map what
should be done in order to make it work.

Here's the result:
squid_at_win-squid-build /c/work/hudson/eclipse/mswin
$ ./src/squid.exe -v
Squid Cache: Version 3.HEAD-BZR
configure options: '--disable-eui' '--without-aio' '--disable-wccp'
'--disable-wccpv2' '--enable-disk-io=Blocking'
'--cache-file=../config.cache'

It still fails to run, but at least the mswin branch now builds :)
