was wondering about the htcp loop problem.

i am working on some htcp stuff and i was reading that there is no "anti
loop" mechanism in the protocol itself and was wondering if this thing
was handled somehow or not?
if not i have an idea about a "htcp hub\switch" mini daemon to manage
all the htcp clr msgs on a cluster.
