Yesterday at 5 pm I noticed that the free space on squid's cache disk was
only 4 MB's. Looking into squid.conf (cache_swap 1000) and comparing the
disk's size shows that 1000 was a too otimistic value.
I changed it to 900, restarted squid and watched with 'df'. After appr. 10
minutes, squid started freeing disk space.
Today, at 8 am, the cache is down to 140 MB's and the cache.log is full of
'file open: error opening file ... no such file or dir...'
Any ideas what went wrong?
regards
