decode_addr: unsafe IP address: '255.255.255.255.255'

I upgraded from Squid 1.2b22 to b24.
After restarting the new beta Squid aborts with the error message
above. beta 22 worked with the same config file fine.

There are only some acl lines in the config file:

acl sz-messe src 10.6.4.10/255.255.255.255

What's the problem ?
