No, Netmeeting isn't set up to work that way. The audio/video
component uses a range of dynamically allocated UDP ports, and the
application sharing uses a few different TCP ports.
I'm not 100% sure of how Squid's CONNECT functionality works, but I'm
pretty sure that even if Squid is able to handle the
application-sharing TCP traffic, you'd have to set up a transparent
proxy for it since there's no way to configure Netmeeting to send the
requests to Squid. And once you've done that, you may as well have
set up packet-filter holes in the firewall router.
We handle it here using a Linux-based "ipfwadm" packet-filtering
router.
