Squid no longer keeps the URL around in memory. Only a hash of the URL
is kept.

And fetching the complete cache index using the manager interface is
generally a bad idea as Squid practically stops during the request.

You can't.

Or actually you can, but it requires another approach. Perhaps the
simplest one is to monitor logs/store.log instead if it is fixed..
