WG: access to chpasswd.cgi

dunno if this is a squid-specific question... I´ve set squid to work on
port 80 (which can´t be changed) and apache runs on port 82. our proxy
settings are to use no proxy for media-saturn.com. Now when i connect
with netscape to http://charon:82/cgi-bin/chpasswd.cgi and it works
fine. From IE it doesn´t. Neither does it work from both browsers when i
enter http://charon.media-saturn.com:82/cgi-bin/chpasswd.cgi . Can
anyone help with this?
