assertion failed: carp.c:100: "tp->type == PEER_PARENT"

    Hi squid users,

 I am using squid for years happily, but after upgrading to 2.2 stable 2
I have this problem ...

    Squid should listen to 2 ethernet cards 1 with internet IP and 1
with intranet IP.

The internet side of squid is working correctly, but when I connect from
intranet to squid it restarts
and after restaring it says :

     assertion failed: carp.c:100: "tp->type == PEER_PARENT"

it happend every time I connect to proxy port of internet IP

    What's wrong ?????
