Proxy behind proxy.. how?

How do i set up squid to fetch it's data via a proxy? I tried cache_host,
but when I restart squid with the cache_host directive in the squid.conf it
gives an error message.

I tried this:

cache_host <proxy> parent 8080 3130

please help
