RE: [SQU] reiserfs

noatime is a mount option, so you can do it whenever you want (ie unmount,
change the option and remount the volume)
Obviously, it'll only affect any new files, files which have already been
written to disk taking advantage of "tail" in ReiserFS will not be affected.
