Hello,
I have REd.Hat 2.2.14 which already had FD 4096
(proc/sys/fs/file-max) . So i only requied to do what
is explaind in http://squid.sourceforge.net/hno/

With just an addition of " make clean " before
./congigure..., in reconfiguring Squid.
