The options have changed in 2.5Devel-NTLM.
You need to use --enable-auth="list of auth scheme modules",
--enable-basic-auth-helpers="list of helpers" and
--enable-ntlm-auth-helpers="list of helpers" now. (Check ./configure --help for
a bit more information).
This one caught me, too.
