[SQU] Mirroring Proxy Caches

Hi

Can anyone tell me whether the issue of mirroring proxy caches has been
asked on the list before.

Basically what I have been asked is

Is it possible to have X number of ISP's sharing say an 8MB satellite feed,
and after each request is made by any customer of any ISP that the data is
cached into all x number of proxy caches.

Is this possible?
