[SQU] logcache.log not exist ?!?!

Hi,

I am a newbie with Squid. I have installed it on this
morning and i have a little problem :

When i run : "/usr/local/squid/bin/squid", i don't
have the file : '/usr/local/squid/logs/logcache.log'.
I don't understand why cause i 've done a correct
install (i hope ;-)
