The message is more of a debug message. It does not indicate any
problem, only that the client is pipelining requests. There have however
been numerous problems with Squid if the client aborts while there are
deferred replies in the queue, and is why the message is shown.
If you are annoyed by it and don't experience any problems with Squid
crashing close to when these get logged you can assign a higher log
level to the message. Search for it in client_side.c, and change the
second number in debug() to a slightly higher number (i.e. 2 or 3).
