I'm not sure if this is a "bug" or not (it's probably more like an
absent feature), but...Squid caches the following two URLs even though
they are actually the same file:
http://foo.com/gfx/a_big_image.png
http://foo.com/gfx//a_big_image.png
I have no clue about the technicalities of this, but it seems like Squid
could consolidate multiple slashes and cache only one copy of the image.
But as I said, I don't know if this is a safe assumption to make or if
it's a complete no-no in decoding URIs.
