[SQU] Cache Manager numbers

I have been watching our cache manager numbers for a bit now and was wondering
if this sounds correct. our 5/60 min byte hit ratios are at 100% but most of
the Median service times are in CAche Miss? Is squid working correctly or do
I need to play with this thing to get it working right?

What stats on this page should I be watching out for?

we are running 2.2.STABLE4.
