[SQU] acl never_direct for a jvm

my problem is the following :

Through the squid i have to permit an access to a site with a line at
512 ko/s
but at the first time to use this site , the first action is a loading
of a specific jvm ( 9 Mo ) for oracle and at each connexion a loading of
an applet is necessary ( 1 Mo ) so is it possible to put this jvm and
the applet in the cache of the squid and to operate a redirection .
