Ok. Lets see if it changes to any better after changing from sibling to
parent relation.

Note: Don't forget to use cache_peer_access to only allow requests that
should be sent via this "parent" to be sent there.

If you are already using cache_peer_access, are you sure the
cache_peer_access ACL lists are correct?
