[SQU] Cache Peer Question?

Hello,

Is there a way to have two Cache Peer Parents and have squid only use one of
them unless it is down, then default to the second.

EXAMPLE:

cache_peer 1.2.3.4 parent 8080 3130 no-digest
cache_peer 5.6.7.8 parent 8080 3130 no-digest

Now, when squid makes a request to the upstream parent, it will only request
from 1.2.3.4 and not 5.6.7.8. The only time I want squid to use 5.6.7.8 is
when 1.2.3.4 is down.

Is this possible?
