I have tried with this
acl exe-filter urlpath_regex -i \.exe$ \.jpg$ \.mid$
http_access deny exe-filter
It Works good.

But according to u
    acl exe-filter urlpath_regex -i /$ \.exe$ \.jpg$
\.mid$
    http_access deny exe-filter
It denies all files including html files.
