Port number 81 If you are using a standard configuration, there is probably
an ACL called Safe_ports or something like it.

I don't have any ACL blocking the "?" so I don't know what's causing this.
In fact, I have commented this out of the default squid.conf as shown below:

#acl QUERY urlpath_regex cgi-bin \?
#no_cache deny QUERY

Any ideas?
