[squid-users] problem with wccp

hi squid user! (plz help me!!!!)

i install a squid (squid-2.3.STABLE4) on pc with redhat 7
setup router with os 12.1 like this
 ip wccp version 1
 ip wccp web-cahce
 :
 :
interface eth 0/0
ip wccp web-cache redirect out

and squid.conf file is:

httpd_accel_uses_host_header on

then when running squid and debug wccp on router see this messages:

 Sending I_See_You packet to <my cache server ip> w/ rcvd_id 0000001
 Received valid Here_I_Am packet from <my cache server ip> w/rcvd_id 0000002

but when i see the access.log the file is empty (logging enabled)
when set the proxy address in browser the cache working corecctly and logging activity..
but in need the transparency future!!!!!!!
