[squid-users] Refresh patterns, how ???

Hy,

Ok so my policies seem reasonable, but the important aspect of the
policy is the refresh_pattern (Henrik Nordstrom) , But I just don't
understand how the refresh_pattern work. Can anyone give me some help or
point me to some doc. about refresgh_pattern.
