[squid-users] Squid 2.4 and denying FTP upload

Hi there,

how can i configure Squid 2.4STABLE2 with the 7 Patches for 2.4S2, to deny
FTP Upload for some Users defined by IP Adress or MAC Adress? Not with
authentication. A List with users allowed to to a FTP upload and if there is no
entry for the user (ip/mac address) then deny FTP Upload.
