The hard parts for WCCP is not in squid.conf, but everything surrounding
Squid.
squid.conf uses the exact same configuration as any other form of
transparently intercepting proxying, plus the configuration of the WCCP
router. In addition to this you must also configure TCP intercepting in
your kernel like in most other transparently intercepting proxy setups,
plus enable WCCP support in your kernel.
