Now, let me think.. apart from the posted bugfixes the changes are:
* change of my email address
* Addition of Serbian error message translations
* a minor bugfix in code that is never used unless one is digging around very
deep into the Squid sources and enables a hidden define.
It is a minor patch release, so there should be mainly bugfixes, and bugfixes
are posted on the "Known bugs" page when added to the source tree..
A official announce of 2.4.STABLE3 is coming as soon as the mirrors are
updated. Just found out that I had forgot to publish the release on the FTP
server.
