[squid-users] which 2.4.x

Hi all
 i m planning to move to redhat7.2 from the current 6.2 kernel 2.2.19
not that i want to but it seems that i have to upgrade my GLIBC to 2.2 for
someother piece of s/w that i need on that machine namely the fezhead director
so can u folks please guide to the ===best==== 2.4.x kernel for squid ..
i think the latest at kernel.org is 2.4.16
also is WCCP kernel patch available for the same
i have a patch for 2.4.2 ..
pls get back
