          Thats depend on what you are using to access
the internet, T1, DSL , cable modem.. etc...but yeah
surely can with linux using ISDN or simple dialup.

           With Red Hat 7.2 it has become much easier,
every thing is built in the kernel, allmost all the
modules, you just need to start the process.
