[squid-users] NTLM and authentication window popup problem

Hi all,
We're using squid2.4 stable4.
I've read the documentation, and now I know that if there is a
transparent proxy inbetween a server that authenticates using NTLM and a
client we face authentication problem. (Yes, we have that problem :)).

But other than that I have a strange problem. Some of our users make
online changes on the web page www.xyz.com using www.xyz.com/bbb/aaa.asp
. What aaa.asp does is making NTLM authentication (which using proxy is
unsuccessfull) and open www.xyz.com in a new window.
But besides, on other users' browsers that make request for only
www.xyz.com (and have no idea about www.xyz.com/bbb/aaa.asp), the NTLM
authentication window popup. And they ask me why is that coming.
Unfortunately I have no idea.

Does anyone have any idea about that?
Thanks,
Duygu Dogmus
