[squid-users] is it squid problem???

When users try to connect to ftp sites
ex. ftp.mcafee.com a message popup saying :
Windows cannot access this folder.Make sure you typed the file name
correctly and that you have permission to access the folder.

Details:
The operation timed out.

Strange thing is that i can open any ftp site with my Opera Browser and from
all pc included mine with IE6 & 5.5 i tested always happened the same thing.
I use squid 2.4 stable6
For about a month i run squid no such problem mentioned.
Any ideas???
