[squid-users] squid 2.5 stable 1 reject every connection request!!!

Hi:

I got squid-2.5 stable1 installed. it works except it refuses every
connection all; "The connection was refused when attempting to connect
www.whatever.com".

which log file i can check for finding the reason?
