Seems your system does not know where to find the OpenLDAP libraries.

You may need to set LD_LIBRARY_PATH when starting Squid to tell the
system where your OpenLDAP libraries is installed.

See the man page of ld.so.1 for further information on LD_LIBRARY_PATH
etc.
