Here is the error message I've got after your advice:

Would you please tell what is wrong?

You are not using the correct way of search to LDAP database.

/ldapsearch -h 192.168.2.2 -xv -b dc=juno,dc=hov,dc=butanegroup,dc=com
"Attribute=*"

will print all information about the users. If u need any help regarding
this put as
/ldapsearch -H will print all the usage informations.

No need to use the Distinguished name for the ldapsearch use the bind
name for the search.
