[squid-users] Transparent Proxing : httpd_accel_port on port 81?

Okay here is the scenario

I need to do transparently proxy for RAS users on 172.17.1.0/24 range

here is a simple picture

Squid is setup for http_port 172.16.200.101:8118

httpd_accel_port : 81 ( because 80 is taken by apache or doesn't this
matter?)

the intercepted traffic redirect is going to happen on the cisco 3640...

Now here is my question.... must traffic be directed to port 81 or port
8118?

Also, can the cisco 3640 route to any other port than the original DST
port?

Please give me a hint..
