I believe the built-in handlers support standard NTLM. For NTLMv2, you have to
use Samba 3's authenticator, like this:
/usr/bin/ntlm_auth --helper-protocol=squid-2.5-ntlmssp

Subject: [squid-users] NTLMv2
Dear all,
I have a question about NTLM.
Does Squid support NTLMv2 authentication or just standard NTLM?
