[squid-users] Delay Pools

I have Red Hat Linux 7.3, with squid
2.4.stable6-1.7.2.

I want to configure delay pool for squid server.

I have total bandwidth 512kbits, now I want if any
client download .EXE .ZIP or .MP3 file then dealy pool
apply and give him/her 4Kb per second otherwise give
him/her full speed.

please help me how to configure this.
