This server uses NTLM authentication only, and because of this can not be
accessed via proxies over http.
Ask them to install a SSL certificate enabling the server to be accessed
using https:// (where NTLM works as SSL traffic is tunneled, not proxied),
and maybe also to enable Basic authentication ("plain text" in the MS
terminology).
