[squid-users] how to configure squid to always return ICP_HIT

Hi,

i'm trying to improve the load balancing between a few squid-accelerated
apaches. The idea is to run dummy squids on the apaches whose job
would be to return ICP_HIT for any icp requests. Running at a high nice
level they should give a good indication of the current load.

icp_hit_stale seems to go into this direction, but i'm under the
impression that it won't return ICP_HIT for objects that were never
cached. Is there a way to tell squid to return a hit no-matter what?
