Are you sure you unsubscribed from the subscribed address?
Did you complete the unsubscription process? (Like subscribing, the
unsubscribing must be confirmed too).

If you can see Return-Path in your mesages, or the Received: lines and "for
<address>" there, check if you didn't set up forward from other address that
is subscribed
