If you fix up the following pieces then I won't object:

* branch tracking procedure, enabling Guido to continue maintain the NT
branch.

* the changesets script, in a way that there is continous operation over
the switchover. (see for example how it's done in the bzr version).

* public read-only repository access

and also preferably (but not a strict requirement)

* viewvc or similar repository browser
