[SQU] Can I change the refresh algorithm

Hi,

We are testing Squid as a proxy and find that there are
lots of TCP_MISS in access.log file. After we check for
some infomation, I think it is because that only fewer
web pages provide enough infomation.

My question :
Is there anyway that I could change the refresh algorithm?

Ex:
Most pages fit the first rule "FRESH if expires < now, else STALE",
but I hope that this rule is the last one!!!
