[SQU] Squid 2.4.PRE-STABLE now available

Hi All,

Version 2.4.STABLE1 will be released in about two weeks. Before we
do that, we'd like some of you to try out the current version
and help find any last minute bugs or problems. Even if you're
not willing to run this version yet, it will help us if you verify
that it compiles on your operating system and with your favorite
options enabled.
