I do not think cfgmaker supports Squid.
Use one of the Squid mrtg.conf files as template, and then modify this
to suit your needs.
The MRTG site also has examples for various Squid MRTG graph
templates.
Once you get started it is not very hard to modify MRTG graphs using
the MIB as base.
